The design of the hotel is beautiful, our room was so nice to stay. Very modern and comfortable.
The breakfast was also excellent, many type of fresh pastries, any type of coffee you could find, the waiters were also amazing.
That is for sure that if we come to Gardaland again, no question, we choose Kairos, and we recommend to everyone.
A charming and fantastic boutique hotel.
Located in the center of Garda and close to all the attractions, supermarket, restaurants in the area.
We stayed there for a week, a family of 5.
The rooms was clean and spacious.

What a great stay we had at this fab, well located hotel in lake Garda. The manger Leo was extremely helpful, friendly and well presented. He made a point of speaking to every guest and making sure everyone was happy. In the breakfast room everybody was friendly especially Oksana, who could not have been more helpful, and charming. We will definitely be back next time at this hotel.

Nice big rooms, very clean, good continental breakfast, very nice and helpful stuff. Few km away from Gardaland. Parking no issues, either infront of hotel or in garage. Not much around the hotel, so you need to drive for sure.
Everything was excellent with this Hotel. Checked in perfectly on the Wednesday, got to the room and there was an issue with the Safe as the previous customers had locked the safe before checking out. The lady at reception (Martine/Martina) …
